I attended Washington School of Professional Psychology at Argosy University of Seattle and graduated with a Master of Arts degree in Clinical Psychology. My education provided me deeper understanding of myself and other people as well as the knowledge to be a psychotherapist. I believe learning is part of our life so after graduation I've been seeking learning opportunities to deepen my knowledge and understanding. I regularly attend classes, seminars and study groups. During my practicum and after graduation I worked in a community mental health clinic as a therapist, however my goal was to have my own practice so here I am. I work with adult clients in individual and couple therapy . My approach to therapy is psychodynamic. I integrate attachment theory, focusing and mindfulness to my practice as well as other modalities. I believe every one of us unique, and each person's needs require a tailored approach. I focus on each one of my clients needs individually and adjust my therapy accordingly.
